The stop data command is intended to be used when the number of good data points ( good SEM data points ) exceeds some number of observations. The 124 command is group specific and should follow the 103 command within a group. When the number of observations requested is reached a comment will be placed in the ATIS output file.

2. Number of good SEM observations: to stop taking data. If this number is zero the stop point will revert to the total number of observations
